All our egg products are prepared in accordance with the requirements of all current Food and Drug Legislation and all pasteurised products are prepared to a standard equal to or better than that required by the Liquid Egg (Pasteurisation) Regulations 1964.

After every stage of process, test samples are taken by our fully qualified laboratory technicians and analysed in our own modern laboratory as well as by the local public health laboratories, thus ensuring the quality of the final product.
