Deliver by tanker: this is the obvious answer for the big business user of liquid egg products. The quality can be maintained for up to 4 days in chilled holding tanks so stock can be held over to suit different production schedules. Deliveries up to 20 tonnes can be made by tanker.
Bulk Containers: This is the most convenient size for the medium size baker. The containers are made of stainless steel and are designed to hold either 450 or 1000 kilos of liquid egg product for up to 48 hours. |
